The client for this project is a dermatologist who wanted to make a dramatic change to his practice and the image which his offices presented. The facility was to be streamlined in its functionality and designed as both a clinical medical office and health/beauty spa. Much of the space was completely gutted and the rather antiquated and dowdy image was replaced with a calm minimalist character punctuated by some dramatic modernist accents. The project was executed in two phases so half the space could remain in use while the other half was under construction.
