- The architect's responsibility
is to listen to your needs and desires and to interpret
them with our knowledge of design and construction
into a project that fulfills your requirements and
conforms to the community, zoning and building codes.
- Before starting to design, we
must understand the program and the site in detail.
In the case of a remodel, we will first visit the
site, measure existing conditions, take photos and
generally become familiar with the existing site situation.
- The architect will coordinate all
work with any sub-consultants that may be required:
civil, structural, mechanical, electrical engineers,
and landscape architects.
