Before we can understand your project
you should provide the following:
- A general idea of what your requirements
are (the Program), budget goals and the desired time
schedule. The Program is simply a description of your
space requirements and their relationships.
- A topography and boundary survey
of the property by a licensed surveyor (may not be
required for smaller projects). We can refer you to
an appropriate source or order the necessary survey
for you.
- A geotechnical report (soils report)
of the site by a registered Soils Engineer (if required).
We can provide you with several names of Engineers
and can also order this for you.
