Items that are not part of the
Basic Services previously listed can be contracted with
us as Additional Services. Examples of Additional Services
are:
- If the project needs more extensive
representation at the site than is usual, we can provide
these services. In some instances we include all Construction
Administration as Additional Services.
- Making revisions to drawings or
specifications at your request after you have already
approved the design.
- Required public approvals from
design review committees, planning commissions, city
councils, and neighborhood associations will be considered
as Additional Services. We will exercise professional
judgement in satisfying both your needs and the approval
process, but we cannot guarantee an approval. Since
this process varies with each project and each community
it may require time to submit documentation (drawings,
photographs, color boards and other documentation)
and to attend public hearings, meetings with city
staff and other approval agencies.
