This is a major addition to a project designed by this
office in 1993. This Credit Union acquired the adjacent
property, which is a corner lot on a major arterial route,
and another property across the street. Since the original
building and its parking area opened onto a side street,
the expansion onto the new corner lot provided an opportunity
for considerable public visibility. At the same time the
entry could not be moved, so the challenge was to create
a prominent "back" to the building which draws one off the
arterial street to the entry.
